Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote company services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a focus on high-quality service.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through active listening and consultative questioning.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of customer interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service roles.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English or Malay is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Minimum qualification of SPM, Diploma, or relevant certification in a related field.
