Euromedica Group is seeking a results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our high-performing sales team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the bridge between our premium aesthetic treatments and our digital-savvy customers.
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will manage digital leads, engage with prospective clients through online channels, and convert interest into bookings for our medical and aesthetic services. We are looking for an individual who is not just a caller, but a consultant who understands the customer journey and thrives in a target-oriented environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact digital leads generated via social media and our online platforms.
- Explain and promote various aesthetic and medical treatments to prospective clients.
- Manage a high volume of outbound/inbound calls and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and conversion status in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and consultation to guide clients toward the best treatment options.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and secure appointments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (experience in the beauty/aesthetic industry is a major plus).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive tone.
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM software.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to earn through incentives and commissions.
- Ability to remain resilient and positive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan.
