Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients in the Malaysian market.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to introduce products and services, tailoring pitches to meet customer needs.
- Meet and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and lead generation KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve objections professionally, and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain and update customer profiles, call outcomes, and pipeline progress within the CRM database.
- Follow up on potential leads and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients to secure future conversions.
- Collaborate with team leaders to continuously refine and improve sales scripts and outreach strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive, Inside Sales Representative, or Call Center Agent is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of English or Malay is required to effectively communicate with the target market in Malaysia.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high energy throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or dialer software.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team player in a goal-oriented environment.
