Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? Sin Lee Stationery Plastic Company Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our expanding team. Based in the strategic hub of Batam Kota, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, connecting with our established and potential client base in Singapore.
In this role, you will be responsible for introducing our premium range of stationery and plastic products to the Singaporean market. We are looking for someone who excels in outbound calling, understands how to build professional rapport, and is committed to supporting our regional sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in Singapore.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our stationery and plastic product lines.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive product interest.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate call notes and lead statuses.
- Collaborate closely with the Singapore-based sales team to facilitate lead hand-offs.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly call volume and lead generation KPIs.
- Provide prompt follow-up on inquiries and support marketing campaign initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service environments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with Singaporean business etiquette is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential buyers.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a performance-driven role.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle rejection with a professional attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; candidates with additional sales certifications are preferred.
