Tanggung Jawab
- Execute outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Indogal products and services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects via diligent follow-ups.
- Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily call volume and lead qualification targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales scripts and outreach tactics.
- Gather customer feedback to assist in improving our service offerings.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions and sales strategy workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to remain resilient and positive in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and work ethic.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship duration.
