Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and lead a team of telemarketers, providing mentorship and coaching to maximize individual and team performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about products and services.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee the daily operations of the call center, including scheduling, call monitoring, and quality assurance.
- Create and maintain effective scripts and communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between telemarketing efforts and overall business goals.
- Recruit top talent to build a robust and diverse sales team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telemarketing, sales management, or call center operations.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to exceed targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing training materials and coaching methodologies.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
