- Present and promote Chubb's insurance products to prospective customers via outbound calls
- Deliver clear educational content about insurance benefits and risk protection importance
- Build and maintain client relationships through professional telecommunication
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to address complex client inquiries

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Strong understanding of insurance principles and financial products
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance goals
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with clear pronunciation
