Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers across Tangerang region
- Present product offerings and promotions with persuasive communication techniques
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and sales databases
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent lead conversion
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through follow-up calls
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective calling strategies
- Provide regular performance reports and customer feedback to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in Telemarketing, Sales Executive, or related roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Resilience and positive attitude in handling objections
- Preferably familiar with Tangerang consumer market dynamics
