You will play a pivotal role in driving club growth by converting leads into active members through professional, consultative, and empathetic communication. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact leads to introduce Anytime Fitness services and membership options.
- Conduct professional outbound calls to nurture prospective members through the sales funnel.
- Listen actively to potential members' fitness goals and provide expert advice on the best membership solutions.
- Manage a daily pipeline of leads using our internal CRM system to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Deliver outstanding service by answering inquiries about club facilities, classes, and corporate rates.
- Collaborate with the club management team to hit monthly acquisition and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and membership conversions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Telemarketing, Sales, or Customer Service (fitness industry experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales KPIs consistently.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets.
- Excellent empathy and active listening skills to build quick rapport with clients.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
