Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM system after every interaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is essential.
