In this role, you will be the voice of our company, engaging with potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving our market presence in the region. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and dedicated to achieving sales targets through professional outreach.
Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via telephone to introduce ONMUSE products and manufacturing solutions.
- Identify and qualify sales leads to build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects to convert interest into long-term partnerships.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our integrated manufacturing services to decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts and strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales activity KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM software.
- Highly target-driven with a resilient personality and a positive attitude toward challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a team environment.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
