Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers using approved scripts and product knowledge.
- Initiate outbound calls to leads and prospects to promote company products and services.
- Listen to customer needs and handle objections professionally to close sales or schedule appointments.
- Maintain a high volume of calls per day while ensuring quality interaction and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately record customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve overall conversion rates.
- Stay updated on product information, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK); Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a customer service environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Ability to remain persistent and maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and surpass performance metrics.
