In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, connecting potential clients with our exclusive vacation packages, including luxury villas, honeymoon getaways, and premium tours. You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, answering inquiries, and converting leads into bookings. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate leads and convert potential clients into bookings for premium travel packages.
- Promote Luxe Star Vacation’s exclusive offerings, highlighting unique selling points of our vacation rentals and tour services.
- Build and maintain a positive, professional rapport with prospective clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and trust.
- Accurately record all client interactions, preferences, and booking details in the CRM system.
- Meet and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and commission goals.
- Follow up on leads effectively to nurture relationships and secure reservations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine call scripts and develop effective sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive, friendly, and confident phone manner.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle objections professionally and courteously.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) required.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays as needed to meet business demands.
- Self-motivated individual with a high energy level and a desire to achieve financial targets.
- Passion for travel and a genuine interest in Bali’s premium destinations.
