Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact potential leads via telephone to promote insurance products and services.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and coverage options to address their specific needs.
- Effectively handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product changes and sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Strong negotiation and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in computer operations and CRM software.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented individual.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Jakarta Barat.
