Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively offer corporate training program titles to potential clients through outbound calls
- Conduct needs analysis to identify specific training requirements within client organizations
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships to increase repeat orders
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with sales team to develop tailored training proposals
- Track and report on key performance metrics including conversion rates
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance service offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or B2B marketing
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong ability to identify client needs and match solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building capabilities
