Tanggung Jawab
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and convert potential customers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop effective sales pitches and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate interaction notes and lead status.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly individual and team targets.
- Provide detailed reports on call activity, conversion rates, and feedback to management.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Continuously learn about company products/services to provide accurate information to prospects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional phone demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
