Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact potential customers via telephone to present products/services and generate sales leads
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective cold calling and follow-up strategies
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead information in CRM systems
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing campaigns and scripts
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with clear pronunciation
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to convert leads into sales
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
