Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns effectively.
- Maintain an accurate and updated database of prospective and existing clients in the CRM system.
- Present and explain product features and benefits clearly to prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and address potential objections with a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly outreach and conversion targets.
- Prepare regular reports on call activities, lead status, and sales outcomes for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and resilience when faced with rejection.
