Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the Jabodetabek region
- Present company products/services with persuasive and clear communication
- Build rapport with prospects and maintain professional relationships
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective calling strategies
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1+ years of telemarketing or sales experience
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Target-driven with ability to work under pressure
- Resident of Jabodetabek area preferred
