Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to healthcare professionals to promote medical equipment solutions
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations
- Present product features and benefits tailored to client needs
- Update and maintain accurate CRM records and client profiles
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies
- Track sales metrics and report on campaign performance
- Handle customer inquiries with professional product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing or sales role
- Strong communication and persuasive skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to understand medical terminology and equipment specifications
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting targets
- High school diploma; healthcare or sales certification preferred
