Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with potential customers via chat platforms to promote Sparks Music products and services.
- Provide expert advice and product recommendations to assist customers in their buying journey.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally via digital channels.
- Maintain an organized record of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams to provide real-time updates on product availability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements in marketing approach.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales (experience in retail or music industry is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian and English, with excellent written communication skills for chat-based support.
- Fast typing speed and high proficiency in using multiple chat applications and CRM tools.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customer groups.
- Possess a basic understanding or genuine passion for musical instruments and music technology.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to be placed in the Jakarta Raya area.
