Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telemarketing agents to achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate training sessions to improve closing techniques.
- Develop and implement effective sales scripts and objection-handling strategies tailored to the Sparks English curriculum.
- Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to internal compliance and brand standards.
- Manage team scheduling, attendance, and overall productivity to maximize operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and generate actionable reports to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture through incentives and recognition programs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a call center or telemarketing environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian, both verbal and written, with strong persuasive communication skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and develop diverse talent.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and call center management tools.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to maintain composure and focus in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
