Seven Retail Group is seeking a results-driven Telemarketing Team Leader to manage our Sparks English division in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team of telemarketing professionals, driving sales performance, refining pitch strategies, and fostering a culture of excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

As the Team Leader, you won't just hit targets—you will inspire your team to exceed them. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of the telemarketing workflow, from lead conversion and quality assurance to performance reporting and staff development. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telemarketing agents to achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate training sessions to improve closing techniques.
  • Develop and implement effective sales scripts and objection-handling strategies tailored to the Sparks English curriculum.
  • Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to internal compliance and brand standards.
  • Manage team scheduling, attendance, and overall productivity to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data and generate actionable reports to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture through incentives and recognition programs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a call center or telemarketing environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Excellent command of English and Indonesian, both verbal and written, with strong persuasive communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and develop diverse talent.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and call center management tools.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to maintain composure and focus in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
