Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell company products.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by following up on leads and identifying new market opportunities.
- Listen to customer needs and tailor product pitches to highlight value propositions effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Handle customer inquiries and address objections with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team-based monthly sales quotas.
- Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive, energetic, and professional tone.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Strong target-oriented mindset with the resilience to handle cold calling.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to team goals.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and commitment to achieving performance KPIs.
