Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote Engineering Software (CAD CAM PLM) solutions
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate software solutions to address those needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective telesales techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) records
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and industry trends
- Collaborate with the technical team to address complex customer inquiries
- Participate in regular sales training and team meetings to improve performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of engineering software concepts is a plus
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
