Tanggung Jawab
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services and generate leads.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Manage and update customer information accurately in the CRM database.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking tone.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- High level of self-motivation and resilience in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Valid SIM A (driving license) is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends or holidays as required.
