Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound telesales to generate leads and schedule appointments for medical aesthetic services
- Manage clinic administrative tasks including patient records, scheduling, and documentation
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professional product/service knowledge
- Collaborate with medical practitioners to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM databases and track sales performance metrics
- Assist in clinic operations including inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Meet monthly sales targets while adhering to healthcare compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, customer service, or clinic administration
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Professional appearance and demeanor reflecting healthcare industry standards
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
