In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales growth, managing the full lifecycle of the sales process from lead generation to final reporting.
You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence by engaging with prospects via telephone, showcasing our product value, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a resilient communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving monthly sales targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential leads to generate interest and qualify prospects.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product portfolio to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact and negotiation to final contract closure.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and provide insights on market trends to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales scripts and lead conversion strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Communication, or Business preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage rejection professionally.
- Based in or willing to work in Yogyakarta.
