In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our premium dental services and our English-speaking clientele, ensuring that every potential patient receives world-class consultation and support.

As part of the Sozo Dental team, you will contribute to our growth by managing inbound leads, conducting outbound follow-ups, and effectively converting prospects into loyal patients. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume outbound and inbound calls to prospective dental patients.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Sozo Dental services in fluent English.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively overcoming objections and closing appointments.
- Utilize CRM software to track lead status, record interactions, and manage follow-up pipelines.
- Collaborate with the clinic operations team to ensure smooth patient scheduling and onboarding.
- Provide regular sales performance updates to management to ensure targets are consistently met.
- Maintain a deep understanding of dental procedures to accurately answer patient inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Telesales Representative, Business Development, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory for this role.
- Strong negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High sense of responsibility and ownership over sales targets and lead management.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Experience in the healthcare or retail aesthetics industry is a significant plus.
