Tanggung Jawab
- Generate sales leads through outbound cold calls to potential clients
- Present product/services offerings effectively to meet customer needs
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service during sales and post-sales processes
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in telesales or outbound sales
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Target-driven with proven sales track record
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
