Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential customers to introduce and sell Home Credit insurance products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms and conditions clearly to ensure customer understanding.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans that provide value.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or call center operations is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively to close sales deals.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English (both written and verbal).
