Tanggung Jawab
- Actively contact potential customers through outbound calls to introduce products/services and generate sales leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Understand customer needs and present product features and benefits that align with their requirements
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve overall performance
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related sales role is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product features clearly
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
