- Contact potential customers via phone to introduce and explain our cash loan products
- Build rapport with prospects and understand their financial needs
- Present product features and benefits in a clear, compelling manner
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about loan options
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus
