Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone and email to introduce GML Performance Consulting services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead contact to closing the sale.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
- Provide insightful feedback on market trends and customer pain points to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or high-volume customer service roles.
- Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Resilient personality with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting based in Kelapa Gading.
