- Proactively contact potential customers via telephone to introduce Sozo Dental's services
- Build rapport with clients and understand their dental needs and concerns
- Present product information and service offerings in a clear, compelling manner
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally
- Stay informed about new dental services and promotions
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in telesales or phone-based sales environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of ownership and commitment to achieving targets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of dental healthcare services is advantageous
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
