Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to nurture relationships and address their needs.
- Present company products and services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
- Record detailed and accurate information regarding customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
