PERSOL is looking for a reliable Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team in the Choa Chu Kang area. This role is a full‑time contract position starting early June 2026 and running through 14 December 2026, offering a competitive monthly salary of SGD 2,580 – 2,760.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, handling phone and email inquiries, maintaining accurate filing systems, and providing general support to the team. You will also assist with scheduling meetings, processing documents, and performing data entry tasks as required.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, including handling phone calls, emails, and visitor接待.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration are a plus.
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with email software.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) for effective communication.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
