We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team on a temporary basis, focusing on payroll operations for Malaysia. Key responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, data validation, reporting, and employee query resolution. - Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia employees
- Prepare, validate, and submit payroll data accurately on a monthly basis
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports for management
- Support HR operations including employee data management and query resolution
- Assist with year-end tax reporting and audit activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably for Malaysia
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory contributions
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
