Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests, members, and vessel owners professionally and provide exceptional customer service at the marina entrance and facilities
- Assist with berth assignments, vessel arrival procedures, and coordination of marina operations to ensure smooth daily activities
- Support marina events and regattas by preparing designated areas, coordinating with event organizers, and managing guest inquiries
- Perform routine marina maintenance tasks including cleaning common areas, monitoring facility cleanliness, and reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Monitor security protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations for all marina users and visitors
- Provide information about marina services, local attractions, and boating-related inquiries to enhance guest experience
- Assist with provisioning requests and coordinate supplies delivery to vessels as needed
Kualifikasi
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in Singapore's tropical climate conditions
