In this role, you will act as a vital link between clients and service providers, ensuring that case files are managed accurately and efficiently. You will assist the case management team with daily administrative duties, client coordination, and documentation, all while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the intake and assessment of new clients by gathering necessary documentation and preparing case files.
  • Maintain and update client records with precision, ensuring all data is accurate, confidential, and compliant with organizational policies.
  • Coordinate appointment schedules, follow-up calls, and referrals between clients, social workers, and external agencies.
  • Prepare and organize weekly or monthly reports, statistics, and correspondence for case management reviews.
  • Monitor client progress and communicate updates to the senior caseworker to ensure timely interventions.
  • Facilitate communication between the case management team and support staff to ensure smooth workflow operations.
  • Manage the filing system (physical and digital) to ensure easy retrieval of client information when needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in case management, social work assistance, or administrative support is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact empathetically with diverse client populations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with case management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Relevant work pass or citizenship status for the location.
