PERSOL is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temp Staff to join our team in the Central Region. This is a 3-month contract position focusing on remittance operations. We are looking for a professional who can handle high-volume transaction processing with accuracy and efficiency.
In this role, you will support our accounting department by ensuring all remittance payments are processed smoothly and in compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for maintaining financial integrity and supporting the team during peak periods. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify remittance transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure all accounts are up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of remittance vouchers and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.
- Communicate with banks and clients to resolve discrepancies or queries.
- Support the month-end closing process for the remittance department.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (AAT/ACCA preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking operations, remittance, or general accounting.
- Familiarity with banking software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Singaporean or Singaporean Permanent Resident (PR) preferred.
