Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Monitor and process invoices, payments, and receipts in compliance with company policies.
- Support the team during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Manage tax filing preparations and ensure compliance with local statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve billing discrepancies and financial queries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification like ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL Accounting) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
