In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations during a key growth period. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Monitor and process invoices, payments, and receipts in compliance with company policies.
  • Support the team during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Manage tax filing preparations and ensure compliance with local statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with different departments to resolve billing discrepancies and financial queries.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification like ACCA/CIMA/CA).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL Accounting) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
