Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process licensing applications, renewals, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized digital and physical filing systems for all administrative and licensing records.
- Assist with data entry and updating information in various internal systems with precision and confidentiality.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for department personnel, including booking rooms and preparing necessary materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, directing queries appropriately and professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including office supply management and ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless information flow and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably with exposure to licensing or regulatory processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail are paramount.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software quickly.
