Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and schedule routine building maintenance and facilities repairs.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including document filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal staff and external vendors regarding facilities-related queries.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational reports and maintenance schedules.
  • Handle procurement requests, including raising purchase orders and tracking invoices.
  • Support the team in coordinating site visits and inspections.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of office supplies and facilities equipment.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to multitask and handle conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Able to commit to the full 6-month contract duration.
