Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group Human Capital department
  • Manage and maintain confidential employee records and documentation systems
  • Coordinate HR-related activities including recruitment processes, onboarding, and training logistics
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and departmental communications
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate departmental events
  • Assist in processing employee transactions and maintaining HR databases
  • Handle incoming communications and provide frontline administrative support
  • Support HR initiatives and special projects as assigned

Kualifikasi

  • SPM or equivalent qualification with relevant administrative experience
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
