The Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC) is seeking a motivated Temporary Clinical Governance Associate Executive to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence that define our institution.
In this position, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Clinical Governance department. You will play a key role in coordinating the Electronic Surveillance System (ESS) and providing robust support to the Clinical Practice & Clinical Competency (CPCC), Quality Assurance Committee (QAC), and Medical Affairs teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Clinical Governance team.
- Coordinate and maintain the Electronic Surveillance System (ESS) to ensure accurate clinical data reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and documentation for Clinical Practice & Clinical Competency (CPCC) meetings.
- Support the Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) in audits, document control, and compliance reporting.
- Facilitate workflows for the Medical Affairs department to ensure seamless inter-departmental communication.
- Assist in the compilation of reports and clinical governance metrics to support leadership decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to patient confidentiality and institutional data governance policies.
- Maintain organized filing systems and electronic databases for clinical compliance and accreditation purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in clinical governance, medical administration, or a quality assurance role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining high accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clinicians and administrative stakeholders.
- Ability to commit to the duration of the contract period.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards and patient safety protocols is an advantage.
