The National Heart Centre Singapore (NHC) is seeking a dedicated Temporary Digital Ambassador, Pharmacy to join our dynamic team for a 6-month contract. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the essential bridge between our patients and our digital healthcare ecosystem, specifically guiding them through the seamless prescription ordering process on the HealthHub application.
As a Digital Ambassador, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation initiatives within the pharmacy department. Your expertise will help demystify the digital ordering process, ensuring that every patient, regardless of their technical proficiency, can access their medications efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a top-tier medical institution, gaining valuable experience in health tech support and customer service within a high-stakes environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist patients in navigating the HealthHub application to place orders for their medications and prescription refills.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting support to patients utilizing the HealthHub app on-site.
- Collaborate closely with pharmacy staff to ensure a smooth transition from digital order confirmation to physical medication pickup.
- Collect patient feedback regarding the digital experience and report technical issues or usability concerns to the IT and Operations teams.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and empathetic demeanor while managing patient queues and inquiries.
- Ensure strict adherence to all hospital data privacy policies and patient confidentiality standards.
- Assist in the digital onboarding process for new patients visiting the NHC pharmacy.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine patient-centric mindset and a desire to help others.
- Proficient in using smartphones and tablets; experience with mobile applications is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospital environment.
- Basic computer literacy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
