Join Singapore Academy of Law as a Temporary Events & Programme Coordinator and play a pivotal role in delivering impactful legal education and networking events. This one-year contract position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Singapore's premier legal institution while gaining hands-on experience in high-stakes event management. You'll coordinate end-to-end execution of conferences, seminars, and professional development programmes, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional attendee experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end events including conferences, workshops, and networking sessions
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor contracts, equipment setup, and catering arrangements
- Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (legal professionals, faculty) and external partners to align event objectives
- Coordinate marketing and communications for events including promotional materials and post-event reporting
- Manage registration processes, attendee inquiries, and on-site event coordination
- Monitor event KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies for future programmes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in events coordination or programme administration
- Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Experience working in legal, professional services, or non-profit sector preferred
- Singaporean or Singapore PR with valid work permit
