Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage patient registration, check-ins, and scheduling of appointments efficiently.
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records and ensure data confidentiality at all times.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth clinic workflows and patient flow.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and document management.
  • Assist in the billing process and collection of payments (cash/NETS/credit card).
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in any field.
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or a front-desk role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients from all walks of life.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer navigation.
  • Ability to commit to the full 4-6 month contract duration.
  • Meticulous, reliable, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy clinical environment.
