Tanggung Jawab
- Support HRBP functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management
- Advise managers on employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Conduct workforce analytics to identify trends and improvement areas
- Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities
- Manage HR documentation and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
- Assist in compensation benchmarking and benefits administration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist or business partner experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is advantageous
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
