Join PERSOL for a short-term opportunity as a Temporary Remittance Officer. This contract role, lasting for 3 months, offers a competitive salary package of $4,000 – $5,000 per month. The position is based in the Central Region and requires the successful candidate to start on 1st June.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the financial operations team by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of remittance transactions. You will be responsible for managing financial transfers, maintaining strict compliance with banking regulations, and providing exceptional service to clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Process domestic and international remittance requests accurately and efficiently within strict deadlines.
- Verify all transaction details, including sender and receiver information, to prevent errors and fraud.
- Ensure strict adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance standards.
- Maintain and update accurate records of all financial transactions in the internal banking system.
- Liaise with internal teams and external banking partners to resolve any transaction discrepancies or delays.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly remittance reports for management review.
- Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and account ledgers.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in remittance, banking operations, or financial services.
- Familiarity with banking software and financial reporting tools is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of banking compliance regulations and internal control procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and processing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
